The extended 310-550mm working distance range provides clear and clutter free bench space for working on objects that you can observe on the monitor right on front of you. You sit comfortably in a good working position and carry out your optical inspection tasks efficiently.

Remote Control Consoles

A wide range of remote controls are available for further adjustments of camera and lens attributes, including zoom, brightness, lens aperture size (iris), manual focus, white balance and various filters. Features such as the zoom factor display, cross-hair overlay on live image, can be turned on. In addition 2-7 memory settings and quick recalls is provided with remote controls.

Configurable for In-Line Inspection

With its excellent durable single-cable design the U30s LWD can be configured for in-line optical inspection and quality control tasks.

Together with Inspectis industrual grade XY-travel stands, the optical system can be easily adapted to existing SMT production lines over the convayer belt.

For optimal cable management, the ring light is powered directly via the Inspectis digital microscope. Optional Diffuser filters and Polariser/Analyser filters are available for use with the ring light.

Inspectis 360 degrees Rotating Viewer

360° rotating viewer for rotating the image at 32° oblique angle by manipulating the optical path without touching the object. Designed for side view inspection of objects while both the digital microscope and the inspection object remain stationary.

Inspectis Rotating Viewer operates in both “side-view” and standard “right-angle-view” modes. Equipped with an optical lens to maintain the working distance in both operating modes without having to change the axial position of the camera.
