The system’s standard optics produces ~ 2.5x – 100x magnification (on 28” monitor) maintaining high resolution power. If further magnification is needed, a wide range of diopter Macro Lenses can be added to magnify up to 1414x on screen equal to 0.43mm field of view.

Thanks to its 60fps video and quick auto-focus it is the best choice for live inspection of the moving objects.

Remote Control Consoles

Full control of camera and lens attributes by external remote consoles or by INSPECTIS© software including 16 memory presets.

A wide range of remote controls are available for adjustments of camera and lens attributes, including zoom, brightness, shutter speed, gain, aperture size (iris), manual focus, white balance and various filters.

Features such as the zoom factor display, cross-hair overlay on live image, can be turned on. In addition 2-7 memory settings and quick recalls is provided with remote controls.

Configurable for In-Line Inspection

With its excellent durable single-cable design and compact size, the F40s is suitable for in-line optical inspection and quality control tasks.

Together with Inspectis industrual grade XY-travel stands, the optical system can be easily adapted to existing SMT production lines over the convayer belt.

Dual White & UV RingLight with Dimmer and Segment Control

Industrial grade ring light containing 32 white, and 8 high power UV LEDs arranged along two rings. For applications where sequential or independent white and UV illumination is needed. Homogenous and high-intensity light output. Integrated On/Off switch with electronic dimmer. Dedicated switches for UV and segment control.

For optimal cable management, the ring light is powered directly via the Inspectis digital microscope. Optional Diffuser filters and Polariser/Analyser filters are available for use with the ring light.

Inspectis 360 degrees Rotating Viewer

360° rotating viewer for rotating the image at 32° oblique angle by manipulating the optical path without touching the object. Designed for side view inspection of objects while both the digital microscope and the inspection object remain stationary.

Inspectis Rotating Viewer operates in both “side-view” and standard “right-angle-view” modes. Equipped with an optical lens to maintain the working distance in both operating modes without having to change the axial position of the camera.

Live Video Loop at 1080p 60 fps, Playback function, Live Streaming to PC, Microphone Input for Audio Recording and Speaker Output are also available. All functions are controlled via an easy-to use Remote Controller.
