Thanks to its sensitive image sensor and superior optics, U30s provides ultra sharp images of the objects with true colours at entire field of view.

An optional built-in laser pointer ( -L ) aims at the area of interest and assists in locating it on the screen. ESD protected ( -E ) and/or hermetic sealed housing (-S) are suppled for custom specific environments.

Ergonomic with Excellent Cable Management

Inspectis digital microscopes provide relief to eyes, neck and shoulders through the unique ergonomic design and 230 mm free working distance. By allowing operators to sit comfortably in a good working position, their inspection tasks can be carried out more efficiently.

Easy Image Capture at 4K

U30s Capture system provides still image capture and digital video recording on Micro SD card. Saving still pictures at 8.3 Mp 4K resolution and digital video at FHD format is stright forward without need of a host computer.

Supports date and time stamp on still pictures and recorded videos.

Incident Soft and Sharp Illumination

U30s Capture is supplied with a white LED ring light with electronic intensity control.

The standard diffuser on the ring light creates a smooth soft illumination. For sharp incident lighting, the diffuser can simply be replaced with a transparent optical window provided in the system package.

Smart choice for Optical Inspection & Documentaion

U30s creates a crisp and high resolution image of your inspection objects with minimum glare and reflections. Together with the SD-card capture device, documentation of the images is quick and straightforward.

Inspectis 360 degrees Rotating Viewer

Item no. HD-041

360° rotating viewer for rotating the image at 32° oblique angle by manipulating the optical path without touching the object. Designed for side view inspection of objects while both the digital microscope and the inspection object remain stationary.

Inspectis Rotating Viewer operates in both “side-view” and standard “right-angle-view” modes. Equipped with an optical lens to maintain the working distance in both operating modes without having to change the axial position of the camera.

Remote Camera Control with Advanced Adjustments

Item no. HD-020

Remote Camera Control allows further adjustments of camera and lens attributes, including zoom, brightness, lens aperture size (iris), manual focus, white balance and image contrast. Features such as the zoom factor display, cross-hair overlay on live image, can be turned on. In addition 2 memory settings can be saved and recalled for individual samples.

Designed in durable aluminium housing and stable stainless steel base plate.

An optional 2-pedal foot switch is available for HD-020 for hand-free operation.

Polarisation filter set for RingLight, 67mm

Polarising filter set consists of a polariser which is attached on front of the LED RingLight and an analyser which is screwed on the camera lens.

For polarised light microscopy and for eliminating glare from highly reflective objects like solder joints.

Dual White & UV RingLight with Dimmer and Segment Control

Industrial grade ring light containing 32 white, and 8 high power UV LEDs arranged along two rings. For applications where sequential or independent white and UV illumination is needed. Homogenous and high-intensity light output. Integrated On/Off switch with electronic dimmer. Dedicated switches for UV and segment control.

For optimal cable management, the ring light is powered directly via the Inspectis digital microscope. Optional Diffuser filters and Polariser/Analyser filters are available for use with the ring light.

XY Floating Board with Position Lock

XY Floating board with large stroke (± 160mm x ± 145mm) and smooth lateral movement of PCB:s and other objects under the microscope. Equipped with position locking mechanism for maximum stability.

The working surface is covered by a high friction antistatic mat that keeps your inspection object in place. 4 slots are available for attaching optional magnetic pegs or custom made fixtures and holders.
