INSPECTIS OAI provides tools for custom-defined digital graticule overlay, live image comparison, reference image overlay with timer-controlled interval display in addition to stanadard functions. Other features like geometrical calibrated on-screen measurements, DXF-import and edit, annotation, drawing tools and real-time digital camera and lens control with 16 memory presets are available.

The system is powered by INSPECTIS© OAI software. Advanced image view, capture, overlay, comparison, annotation and utility software with real-time digital camera control.

With INSPECTIS© OAI, live video is overlayed on a reference picture with timer-controlled interval display. An efficient tool for control of dimensions and shapes of different objects. An innovative and efficient inspection tool for identifying missing components, wrong polarities, misplacements and other defects on assembled PCBs, in-line and off-line.

Tools for Side-to-Side Comparison of Images

The system provides easy-to-use tools for comparing live image to a reference picture or 2-4 still images side-to-side or by overlaying one on top of the another with opacity adjustment of the overlay picture.

Equipped with image linking tool for synchronising of zoom, pan and rotation of the pictures.

Crosshair, user-defined grid, and calibrated ruler can also be dispayed on live image.

DXF Editor and Digital Graticule Overlay

Open an existing CAD file, edit, draw patterns, shapes, add text and overlay on the live image. Or create a DXF file and convert to PNG for overlay on the live image as a digital graticule.

CAD overlay allows engineers to translating a sample into an onscreen rendering and view it within its correct dimensions and with tolerance lines.

Dual White & UV RingLight with Dimmer and Segment Control

Industrial grade ring light containing 32 white, and 8 high power UV LEDs arranged along two rings. For applications where sequential or independent white and UV illumination is needed. Homogenous and high-intensity light output. Integrated On/Off switch with electronic dimmer. Dedicated switches for UV and segment control.

For optimal cable management, the ring light is powered directly via the Inspectis digital microscope. Optional Diffuser filters and Polariser/Analyser filters are available for use with the ring light.

Inspectis 360 degrees Rotating Viewer

360° rotating viewer for rotating the image at 32° oblique angle by manipulating the optical path without touching the object. Designed for side view inspection of objects while both the digital microscope and the inspection object remain stationary.

Inspectis Rotating Viewer operates in both “side-view” and standard “right-angle-view” modes. Equipped with an optical lens to maintain the working distance in both operating modes without having to change the axial position of the camera.
