CapiScope is a compact video capillaroscopy microscope with integrated lens, on-board image capture switch and Inspectis innovative CapiDome lighting, designed for smaller clinics with moderate cases. CapiScope systems are designed for simple screening using INSPECTIS© APP or windows based INSPECTIS© CAP Basics software as well as advanced cases study by deploying INSPECTIS©  CAP Pro software.

Nailfold video capillaroscope with powerful tools meeting all the needs of internationally recognised  examination techniques are easily accessible. Assessment of saved images can be made during or after an examination. Accuracy and efficiency are assured with pre-calibrated optics.

Dedicated Software with Data & Patient Management

All patient and examination data is INSPECTIS© nailfold capillaroscopy software held in an encrypted database. Multiple databases may be created and managed for easy handling of specific cohorts or studies. Focused databases can be fully edited, and cases can be copied or moved between databases.

Powerful search function finds specific patient information and patient examinations. Adaptable for local or network.

Streamlined Workflow

Hand mapping linked imaging and data storage functions provide guidance to the user during the examination, assessment and follow-up tasks assisting quick and methodical examinations.

Default file names tag each image with locational and temporal data.

All functions are presented graphically and accessible via Icons in a user-friendly graphical interface environment.

Data Export and Reporting

Software includes a report generator with user-defined templates. Patient data and comments are automatically imported including high-resolution images captured by nailfold video capillaroscope for archiving, uploading to other patient journal systems or hand-over to the patient.

Data table is generated automatically and linked to the measured image and printed in Report for uploading to the patient journal systems or hand over to the patient.

Results can also be exported to Excel or other programs for further analysis and extracting statistics.

CapiScope is compatible with INSPECTIS APP for Android Mobile phones and Tablets featuring following tools:

  • Patient name or ID number assignment and stamp on the image and video
  • Still image capture and video recording

  • Millimeter scale overlay for 200x and 50x magnifications
  • Image resolution and format setting

Compatible with Android 5.0 and later versions.
