The new generation FHD video microscope F40 from Inspectis is an all-in-one, reliable and cost effective FHD digital video inspection system with 40x zoom, auto focus, integrated illumination and on-board controls.

Relief to eyes, neck and shoulders is provided by Inspectis F40 via the unique ergonomic design with 228mm working distance, that allows operators to sit comfortably in a good working position and carry out their optical inspection tasks efficiently.

Whether you connect the F40 FHD video microscope to a Full HD display or via Inspectis´ plug-&-play USB3.0 converter to your PC, you will take advantage of the outstanding image quality, high contrast and true colours at 1:40x zoom range for your optical inspection work.

Precise Camera and Lens Control

Inspectis digital microscopes offer true ease of use with minimal interaction needed with controls and settings. All camera and lens parameters such as zoom, aperture size, brightness, focus and colour levels can be controlled by the on-board buttons on top of the device.

Advanced Camera and Lens Controls

When required the optional remote control allows the excellence of the imaging system to be exploited further and additional useful inspection aids to be selected.

With Advance Remote Control console, camera and lens attributes, including focus, brightness, lens aperture size, image contrast, white balance, are all controllable. Features such as the zoom factor display and crosshair overlay on live image, can be turned on. In addition 2 memory settings can be set allowing optimized settings to be saved and recalled for individual samples.

To further simplify operations selected functions can be controlled by a foot pedal.

Digital Image Capture and Video Recording on USB Flash

Capture still pictures at 1920×1080 resolution or record digital video at FHD format on a USB flash memory without need of a host computer.

Live loop through video output at FHD, 1080p format.

Ring-light UV LED

RingLight UV LED including protection glass

Item no. HD-025-B

Flicker free UV LED ring light with homogeneous illumination at 365nm wavelength range. Integrated ON/OFF switch and brightness control. Ring light is powered directly via AUX output of the Inspectis Digital Microscopes or via optional power supply for compatibility with other devices.

UV-protection glasses (one pair included with kit) must be used when working with this illuminator.

Tilt Board

Tilt board for smooth movement of the inspection objects up to 30 degrees angle in all directions.

Working surface of the board is covered by high friction antistatic mat to keeps your inspection object in place. 4 slots are available for attaching magnetic pegs or custom made fixtures and holders.
